OUTSIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Stockton, CA

We’re seeking a motivated individual with proven customer service skills to become a member of our award winning team in the Stockton/Modesto service area.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication; can work independently, is well organized, professional, and has a minimum of 3 years previous customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with building relationships and facilitating a Superior Customer Experience with our existing customer base. Our ideal candidate will need to coordinate and facilitate all of our customer needs showing excellent teamwork and communication with all departments to ensure our customers are satisfied.
Our customer service model is based on regular contact with existing customers for face-to-face visits which include providing support to our customers which makes them feel valued and protected, as well as a short demo presentation to ensure they understand the operation and functions of their security systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a good driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check for Alarm Company Employee License
