Kimberlite, an Employee-Owned Company and a leader in the commercial security industry for over thirty years, is looking to add an Outside Sales Consultant to our commercial sales team of motivated and results-driven individuals.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling to management of mid-sized companies against competition. The Outside Sales Consultant will excel at finding and closing new opportunities and will be skilled at building relationships. This individual will be a hardworking, self-starter and will excel at working independently. The perfect candidate will have prior 12-month compensation of at least $40,000 and the strong desire to earn in excess of $60,000 in an uncapped commission environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Use your hunting skills to locate and attract new clients
- Use consultative selling skills to qualify and evaluate opportunities
- Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in collaborative effort to meet client’s needs
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ideal candidate will enjoy helping businesses through the use of technology
- You must have prior success selling products and/or services preferably to small and medium sized businesses
- You must have demonstrated the ability to sell based on Value
- The successful candidate will have experience self-generating leads to supplement company generated leads
- You must be self-motivated as well as thrive being part of a high energy, goal oriented team
- Successful sales experience is a must and B2B sales experience preferred
- The perfect candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where his/her contribution has a significant impact on the growth of the company
