Kimberlite-an Employee-Owned Company and full service integrator specializing in sales, installation, service, and monitoring of commercial security systems, is looking to add a highly skilled individual with demonstrated success as a sales manager in the industry to our hard-working and experienced team. The ideal candidate will have prior success selling and managing salespeople who are selling cutting edge, custom engineered solutions to business owners of medium sized and large companies and institutions, in a competitive market. The Regional Sales Manager will excel at coaching and motivating salespeople to help them more effectively build relationships, grow existing accounts and find and close new opportunities. He or she will be goal oriented and will be an excellent communicator. This individual will likely have a high degree of interest in technology and will be capable of using it effectively. The perfect candidate will have a prior 12-month earning of at least $80,000 in a base salary plus bonus environment and the strong desire to earn in excess of $120,000 contingent with desired qualifications and background.
